After only two months, it is ready to harvest!
By immersing the beetroot in the vinegar, the beetroot will have extremely good taste and it is perfect to fill a salad or a sandwich to.
Beetroot is rich in magnesium, potassium, folate and fiber! Eating beetroot is protective against heart disease and many other advantages.
